If the situation occurs WITHIN the family context: Report it to the nearest Family Police Station or the Comprehensive Care and Investigation Center Against Domestic Violence – CAF, Carrera 33 # 18-33, 1st floor, Block B, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (continuous hours). If the situation occurs OUTSIDE the family context, report it to the following authorities, taking into account: ICBF zonal center or line 141 and CESPA: if the victim is under 18 and the alleged aggressor is between 14 and 17 years old. ICBF zonal center or line 141: if the situation occurs between minors under 14 years old. ICBF zonal center and Victim Assistance Center (CAPIV): if the victim is under 18 years old and the alleged aggressor is over 18 years old. Sexual Violence Always refer to the emergency room of the HEALTH sector, as it is considered an emergency. According to Law 2126 of 2021, Family Police Stations are not competent to investigate cases of sexual violence against children and adolescents. In these cases, as the first responder, you must take the necessary urgent measures and refer the case to the ICBF (Colombian Institute of Family Welfare) zonal center. If the situation occurs outside the family unit, report it to the following authorities, taking into account: ICBF zonal center or Line 141: if the situation involves minors under 14 years of age. ICBF zonal center or Line 141 and CESPA (Specialized Center for the Prevention and Attention of Sexual Violence): if the victim is under 18 years of age and the alleged perpetrator is between 14 and 17 years of age. CAF (Family Assistance Center): if the victim and the alleged perpetrator are over 18 years of age. ICBF zonal center or Line 141 and CAF: if the victim is under 18 years of age and the alleged perpetrator is over 18 years of age, or if the alleged perpetrator is unknown. LINE 123 The Single Security and Emergency Number (NUSE) of Bogotá is the Integrated System responsible for receiving calls from citizens or entities requesting assistance in matters related to SECURITY and EMERGENCIES, in order to provide an efficient and rapid response in each scenario. Commercial Sexual Exploitation (ESCNNA) If the situation occurs OUTSIDE the family unit, report it to the following authorities: ICBF zonal center or Line 141 Comprehensive Care and Investigation Center for Victims of Sexual Crimes. Immediate Response Units or Victim Assistance Centers, located at Av. Calle 19 # 27-09, open 24 hours. URI – Immediate Response Units or Victim Assistance Centers (CAPIV) Prosecutor's Office (SIJIN-CTI) Neglect or abandonment Identify if assessment and care from the HEALTH sector are required. In any situation of alleged neglect or abandonment, report it to the ICBF zonal center or Line 141, and if immediate action is warranted, report it to the NATIONAL POLICE, Child and Adolescent Police, who, within their jurisdiction, may respond to the situation. Child labor or begging Identify if the child or adolescent is in a situation of child labor or is being accompanied in contexts of begging. Identify the town, address, neighborhood, and location that could help find children or adolescents who are engaged in child labor or are involved in begging.
